Overview
Fills, closes and delivers 3.5, 5, 7 and 10 kg bags fully automatically and 20 kg bags semi-automatically — and can also be used to fill portable block makers. Push-button instant bag-size set-up means changeover between sizes happens in seconds, with the fill chamber and conveyor adjusted automatically.
A vertical two-chamber rotary filling head (instead of a horizontal three-chamber design) eliminates ice bridging. Continuous wicket feed with direct loading — no hooks — makes loading and removal straightforward. The operator interface preset bag counts, displays faults, and triggers alarms for no-ice, no-bag and jammed-bag conditions.
Manual, automatic, pneumatic and bag-grabber options are all available — and every machine integrates upstream with rakebins and downstream with pallet packers and wrappers.
