The ISA Pallet Packing Station automatically dispenses an empty pallet, delivers it via powered rollers and hoist to the operator for packing, lowers it onto powered rollers to an automatic wrapper, then sends it on to a forklift pick-up area — a complete, integrated dispatch line.
Overview
The Travelling Bag Box keeps pallets uniform, straight and level — rising one layer at a time as the box fills, then lifting clear so the pallet can be removed or wrapped in position. The Rotary Table catches bags from the conveyor, accumulates during high bagging rates, and runs at variable speed in either direction.
Three pallet-wrapper options cover the full duty range: the SW2 turntable handles low-to-medium production with up to 300% pre-stretch on power carriages; the WS-47 fully-automatic turntable suits medium-to-high throughput with 90° in-feed/out-feed layouts; and the RA-A semi-automatic rotating-arm wrapper handles very heavy or unstable pallets the turntables can't.
The Standard Pallet Packing Station is designed so a Palletising Robot can be retro-fitted later — meaning your ice plant can grow as the company and customer base grow, without scrapping the line.
